Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
Eligible Items
Items eligible for return include products that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags and accessories
- Not damaged due to customer mishandling
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents
- Items that have been used or altered
- Custom or personalized orders
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at casatalaveraimport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrectly shipped item, in which case we will cover return shipping.
